In 1995, Heidi H. Romeo, Esq. began practicing family law and in 1999, established the Law Offices of Heidi H. Romeo, APLC in Upland, California. In 2014, after passing a rigorous exam and receiving recommendations from other local family law attorneys and judges, Ms. Romeo was honored to be distinguished as a Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the California State Bar, Board of Legal Specialization. Since Ms. Romeo has started practicing law, she has helped over 3000 clients handle and move on from some of the most stressful and difficult time in their lives.

Ms. Romeo is a seasoned family law litigator, but prefers and attempts whenever possible to settle her cases to reduce the financial and emotional cost of litigation. Mrs. Romeo along with her knowledgeable staff work as a team to meet the needs of each client. With every case, Ms. Romeo and her competent staff will help you along every step of the way so you never feel lost our out of control.

Having been married for more than 25 years and going through a divorce process herself, Ms. Romeo understands on a very personal level the emotional, complex, and painful experience that divorce and child custody can be. Coupled with her detailed knowledge of family and divorce law, and over 30+ Years of experience in practice, she is not only capable of helping you with filing and uncontested cases, but is also the right choice for complicated and highly contentious issues.

When not helping bring peace of mind and real solutions for her clients legal issues, she enjoys spending time as much time as she can with her 3 loving kids, whom have all now grown up to follow their own aspirations.

She is an experienced, ethical attorney withan  established reputations who is dedicated to serving the needs of each client. She understands that, given the amount of time a complex family law matter may take, in today's impacted court system, communication and effective legal representation are paramount to maintaining a long-term relationship with our clients and achieving desired, realistic results.

While Ms. Romeo continues to have significant experience inside the courtroom, she works diligently to attempt to resolve many of her cases through mediation to help her clients and their children avoid the financial and emotional costs of a court trial.
